Michael Jackson's Shocking Fate - Homicide

In a shocking twist of fate, Michael Jackson's death is now being officially called a homicide.  The Los Angeles County coroner confirmed earlier today.

The exact cause of MJ's death was "acute propofol intoxication."

Michael Jackson's doctor, Dr. Conrad Murray is said to have administered the drug, propofol, just hours before Michael fell gravely ill.

Other drugs found at the Michael's home, are said to have contributed to the singer's strong reaction to the sedative, propofol.

The homicide ruling now increases the likelihood criminal charges will be handed down in this case.

Documents recently released, show Dr Murray administered several drugs to Jackson to help him sleep just days before his death.  The drug propofol was among these.  Dr. Murray had made appropriate reductions to the propofol prescription to help Michael Jackson.

Dr.  Murray gave Micheal Jackson the propofol and other drugs after constant requests from Michael Jackson in an effort to help MJ sleep.

Dr. Murray was present when Michael Jackson finally passed away.  He is at the center of attention during this homicide investigation.
