Today police arrested a young man, Nicholas Prugo, who was suspected of breaking into the star's home. He is also accused of breaking into another star, Audrina Partridge's, home.
Despite surveillance footage showing three people were involved at the Lohan robbery, no one has been arrested for the crime until now.
Likewise, despite a man and a woman showing up on Partridge's surveillance footage no one has been arrested to date.
These crimes are being treated as a felony burglaries at this time.
Lindsay Lohan's Hollywood Hills was broken into by Prugo last month. Lohan was not home at the time of the burglary. Partridge's home was broken into in February and she was not home at the time.
Lohan stated that several items of sentimental value were taken during the event. There were no comments from Partridge.
