Janet Jackson has confirmed that she will make a live appearance and the MTV Video Music awards on September 13th. She is slated to be the opening act that night.
During the Music Awards, Janet will offer a tribute to her late brother, Michael Jackson.
The event will be held at Radio City Music Hall and hosted by Russel Brand a British comedian.
